Academic Convocation Day | First-Year Students
All first-year students are required to participate in Academic Convocation Day. Academic Convocation is a longstanding Rivier tradition that formally welcomes new students into the University鈥檚 academic community.
The day will begin with the Academic Convocation ceremony at Nashua Center for the Arts, followed by rotating on-campus sessions, lunch (commuter students are welcome to attend lunch at no charge), afternoon rotating sessions, and will conclude with an ice cream social.
