For the 2024/25 academic year students going into the first or second year of their traditional undergraduate academic program are required to live in housing. These students are guaranteed a spot in residence, provided they have submitted their housing form by June 1, 2024. Students in the first or second year of their traditional undergraduate program and who meet any of the following criteria are not required or guaranteed a place to live on campus:
- Students who will be living at home with their parents or legal guardians during the 2024/25 school year
- Students who are 22 years of age or older as of January 1 of the academic year for which they are applying for housing
- Students who are married
Regular housing is available only for students in the traditional undergraduate program. Campus housing is not provided for BEd students.
Campus housing is guaranteed for all students holding a student permit.
