Recognizing the concepts presented in Micah 6:8 and Isaiah 40:31, the importance of portraying the love of God through humility, kindness, and justice comes through the understanding that it is only through God's strength and authority that disciples of Christ reflect His hands and feet here on earth. Students must submit a 500-word essay describing their understanding of Micah 6:8 and Isaiah 40:31 and how Christ's strength enables them to reflect humility, kindness, and justice to the communities they are part of at СÖíÊÓƵand the broader community. |

Secondary school applicants (students entering directly from secondary school with no previous post-secondary education) will be assessed on their admission average at Grade 12 midyear time, and again at the end of Grade 12 based on the Ontario curriculum scale.
Students who have taken one or two years off after secondary school or who have attended a discipleship or gap year program (that is not eligible for post-secondary credit), will be assessed on their admission average calculated from their final secondary school transcript based on the Ontario curriculum scale. Students who receive post-secondary credit for their gap-year program are subject to the eligibility criteria as outlined by Scholarship Consideration for Incoming Transfer Students. Students admitted as mature students are not eligible for academic scholarships under this policy.
For students transferring directly from a recognized undergraduate university institution, scholarships will be awarded based on the grade point average of the last year (two terms) of full-time studies (minimum of four courses a term) based on the Ontario curriculum scale. Transfer students are also evaluated for the Automatic Entrance Scholarships at admission.
Most financial aid is posted to the student account approximately two weeks prior to the start of the semester, provided that all documents are completed.
To receive the full value of any award, a student must be enrolled in a minimum of 4 courses (12 credit hours) in each term. A student who has received an award and enrolls in a course load of 3 courses (9 credit hours) in one term will receive the award on a prorated basis (i.e. enrolment in 3 courses would result in 60% of the award total) unless otherwise stated in the conditions of the specific award. Award proration on courses dropped after the term has started will follow the tuition and fees refund schedule in the Academic Calendar.
